In May 2009, The Scotts Miracle Gro Company, the industry leader in the lawn care and gardening market, recruited the marketing services of HRG Digital to develop an integrated online system for all print quotation and ordering for their key brands, including Miracle Gro, Levington and EverGreen.

The bespoke system was designed for use by Scott’s head office for all print projects including Point of Sale material, product catalogues, company stationery, incentive items and other bespoke print requirements.

The new system provides a complete workflow solution, where quotations are stored and accessible at all times, complete with current status activity updates to keep users informed of their jobs’ progress. Users can request quotations, approve and submit orders and manage both new and existing artwork.

By streamlining the quotation, order entry, approval and fulfilment process, the new system simplifies a previously cumbersome, paper-intensive process, saving Scott’s time, money and freeing up internal resources.
